Set Sale Marketing provides marketing consulting and digital services, including Google Business Profile optimization, social media content creation, brand design support, and related offerings. A detailed breakdown of deliverables will be outlined in your selected service package or proposal.
2. Payment Terms
All one-time services are due in full prior to delivery.
Monthly subscriptions (e.g., Social Boost, Local Search Builder) are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
Failure to pay on time may result in paused services or terminated engagement.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, materials, or brand assets.
You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and communicating feedback promptly.
You retain full responsibility for all content approvals and ensuring it aligns with your business practices and applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom graphics, copy, and materials produced by Set Sale Marketing remain the property of the client once paid in full.
We reserve the right to showcase select deliverables in our portfolio or marketing, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Turnaround & Revisions
Project timelines and revision windows will be shared based on the package purchased.
Additional revisions outside of scope may incur additional charges.
6. Cancellations & Termination
Either party may cancel services with 14 days’ written notice.
Terminating a monthly service mid-cycle does not trigger a refund for that period.
If abuse, non-payment, or other breach occurs, Set Sale Marketing reserves the right to terminate services immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
Set Sale Marketing is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or legal consequences related to use of our services or content. We offer marketing and digital support—not legal advice.
8. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
